Perfect Days Charles Bridge Apartment has an excellent location – in Prague’s Old Town, moments walk to Charles Bridge.
In May Prague is very busy with tourists but when we walk through the beautiful wooden door at the front of our building into an inner courtyard – we are in a peaceful sanctuary.
The entrance to the apartment itself is via a doorway off the inner courtyard. At the top of reasonably steep steps we enter a lovely large open space that includes the kitchen/dining area, with living room, bedrooms, bathroom and laundry opening off this space.
There are a number of large windows giving lots of natural light and fresh air. The windows open onto the central courtyard.
The kitchen is along one wall and includes an integrated fridge, microwave, basin, integrated dishwasher, cooktop and oven. The kitchen is very well equipped with a kettle and coffee plunger, plenty of crockery and cutlery, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets. There are no condiments supplied (however we are able to purchase those from Tesco’s – about a 15 minute walk away). The kitchen/dining area becomes our communal space – around the long timber table.
In the living room there is a sofa, chair and ottoman, coffee table and TV plus a double bed in one corner. During our stay we use this purely as an extra bedroom.
Off the living room there is a bedroom with queen bed, a little desk and a wardrobe with shelving. It is quite a large room with big window. There is another bedroom off the kitchen area. It is a small room – very cosy – there is no space either side of the bed.
The bathroom is a good size with a bath, separate shower, two basins and toilet. Liquid soap is supplied plus a hairdryer.
Between the bathroom and laundry there is a separate toilet.
There is a separate laundry with washing machine, drying rack, cupboard and coat hangers.
The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and attractively decorated. It is clean, light and airy – plenty of space and privacy for us all.
We can highly recommend Perfect Days Charles Bridge Apartment (Liliova 13, Prague, 110 00, Czech Republic) – a spacious apartment in a location that couldn’t be more central.
